Junior Technical Sales Apprentice
We are currently looking for someone to fill the role of Junior Technical Sales Apprentice. This person will work with our UK Sales team to research, identify and target potential leads in order to expand our customer base.
On a day to day basis we would expect this individual to:
Liaise with existing customers to identify potential opportunities to grow revenue
Maintain two way communications between customers and internal teams
Work with our Marketing team to help with events and material for website
Work with our Sales team to attend events and work with sales team to submit proposals for potential customers
Work with our Product team to understand customer priorities and how we can achieve these
Work with our Live Services & Operations team to ensure we are aligned and understand outstanding customer issues.
Responsible for commercial reports that are reviewed by management
Meet with customers and end users to measure satisfaction
Suggest/Identify opportunities that could improve our existing processes and service.
Strong interpersonal skills

Good at table tennis or willing to learn!
We like to apply for UK security clearance for all our staff and would be preferable but not essential
0-6mths – Gross £7,800p.a. / £650p.m.
6-12mths – Gross £12,000p.a. / £1,000p.m.
12-18mths – Gross £15,000p.a. / £1,250p.m.
18-24mths – Gross £18,000p.a. / £1,500p.m.
Plus, commuting allowance, capped at £300p.m. for the duration of the apprenticeship & (dependent on location) paid travel to training.
