Woking-based employer Invotra is delighted to announce that it has been shortlisted for the Regional Employer of the Year at the National Apprenticeship Awards.
Apprenticeships are at the very heart of Invotra’s business, with more than a third of employees as former or current apprentices.
Fintan Galvin: CEO and Founder, Invotra:
We are thrilled to hear that our commitment to apprentices has been recognised through this awards process. Apprenticeships are at the very heart of what we do here at Invotra. We really believe our apprentices are an investment, for us as an SME and as a boost to the local economy. These awards ‘recognise excellence in businesses that grow their own talent’ – two of our former apprentices now head up their departments and we’re committed to continuing this programme for the foreseeable future.
Billy Clackers: Head of Product and former Invotra apprentice:
Having been at Invotra for over five years now I suppose you could say I’m living proof that the apprenticeship scheme really works. I’ve had amazing support from Fintan, Paul and the entire team and am now managing apprentices of my own. I’m really pleased to hear that we’re regional finalists in the National Apprenticeship Awards and hope we go all the way to the nationals!
Invotra’s digital workspace enhances productivity and efficiencies, connecting people, content and things (IoT). Central to the employee engagement, internal communications and digital transformation strategies for large organisations, it’s used by 45% of employees across UK Government.
