As part of the government’s drive to improve the speed and effectiveness of NHS Test and Trace in the battle against COVID-19, leading intranet provider, Invotra, has been selected to power NHS Test and Trace’s employee engagement hub for over 40,000 staff, partners and stakeholders.

The Invotra employee engagement hub has launched for the NHS Test and Trace service to deliver guidance and advice for staff, share the latest developments around the service and provide a space for collaboration and internal communication.

The employee engagement hub, ‘The Hub’, will act as a single source of truth, supporting employees to:

  • Provide targeted internal communications across the country based on team, location and role grades, serving relevant news, information and resources to help tracers to better serve the public

  • Find and collaborate with the range of public, private and voluntary stakeholders involved in the service to share experiences and perspectives

  • Securely access The Hub with the ability to engage remotely with colleagues and access important resources on the go with a responsive mobile application
