Can you tell us about your role and responsibilities at Invotra?
Day to day, I manage the relationships between our customers and our organisation. I ensure that all of their needs are met and that they have all of the support required to deliver the services that their staff and customers need. Service excellence is something that we pride ourselves on here at Invotra.
How did your journey begin at Invotra?
A good friend of mine worked here and I wanted to start a career in IT. I contacted the CEO, Fintan Galvin, and filled out a form enquiring about a position. I was pleased to hear back from Fintan with an interview request and I’ve now been with the company for 5 years.
What is important to you when it comes to working culture?
I enjoy the work flexibility that Invotra offers, providing me with many opportunities for growth. I really enjoy the hard working ethic of the people within this company, but they still know how to have a great time!
Tell us about a project that you’re working on…
I’m currently managing a project surrounding moving our existing customers from one service to another which includes migrating their intranet, analytics and social applications to a faster and more flexible hosting provider.
What is one surprising/interesting fact that people don’t know about you?
Today, I am the proud owner of 73 pairs of trainers.
Name one career goal that you would like to achieve in the coming year…
I would like to grow my team and our customer base.
Is there anyone in particular, living or dead, that have inspired you throughout your career progression?
My grandad because he had a life-threatening stroke 3 years ago and was given 12 hours to live, but he’s still here today. He’s always pushed me reach my potential and instilled in me that the sky’s the limit,
