The Employee Engagement Awards are in their second year. They’re about ‘recognising the forward-thinking businesses that strive to do things differently and put their workforce at the heart of its operation’.
It was a glamorous affair with a gala dinner, live music and the comedian and writer, Danny Wallace was hilarious as he joked and read out the nominees and winners at The Brewery, London.
Matt Manners, founder of the Employee Engagement Awards said: “Last year I was blown away by the standard set in this country and the bar has been raised again… So much so that we felt it imperative to recognise more brands than usual to inspire other businesses to follow their lead and continuously improve an employee’s experience and feel the benefits throughout the organisation.
Invotra were shortlisted for the Project of the Year Award and our clients Home Office were nominated for Best Use of Technology and Project of the Year (Public Sector).
It was Invotra that scooped the Highly Commended honour in their category…Woo Hoo! A massive congratulations to all those that were shortlisted, highly commended or won, but an even bigger one to Team Invotra!
Alex Roebuck, Marketing Manager said “We’ve been recognised for practising what we preach, using our Digital Workspace to engage staff and collaborate but also realising that it’s not all about digital. Our multifaceted approach to communication and employee engagement has been recognised and we’re totally thrilled”
