As you may have read already, we are absolutely thrilled to be named as a Top 100 Apprenticeship employer, giving recognition for all the work that we have done over the last five years with apprentices who have been pivotal to our success.
The impact apprentices have on our business is tremendous. Apprentices are fundamental to our future skill requirements and are a great way of developing the talent we need within our organisation.
From our first two apprentices Billy and Nqobile to our Apprentice of the Year Andrew, it has been a fantastic learning curve for us as a business.
We truly delight in seeing our protégés grow into highly skilled professionals, many of whom are now heading up their own departments and are in charge of high profile accounts at a very young age!”
We see apprenticeships as a real alternative. Another way for people to get the skills THEY need to develop their career, and recognition of the increasingly important role apprenticeships play in developing the skills WE need.
