Customer Experience Director

With over 20 years experience in customer-facing roles, Rachael leads our service desk operations and CX team with a focus on delivering real value for customers. Her approach centres on understanding customer needs and driving strategies that ensure seamless, meaningful experiences. She inspires her team to create thoughtful interactions that foster engagement and build lasting relationships.

Jamie Garrett

Growth Director

Jamie is Growth Director at INV Group, leading the adoption of AI-powered platforms and digital services across the UK public sector. Over the past 8 years, he has driven growth through strategic leadership and a strong understanding of how technology, user experience, and service design solve complex challenges. He works with organisations to identify high-impact transformation opportunities, reducing user effort, improving efficiency, and delivering measurable ROI through intelligent automation and governed AI.

He also helps position Invotra’s platform approach, enabling organisations to move from siloed projects to scalable, connected services aligned with government standards and modern data and security principles. His focus is on practical, responsible innovation, starting small, delivering value quickly, and scaling solutions that make a meaningful impact.

Brendan Carikas

UX Product Design Manager

Brendan has spent over 15 years working with large retail, luxury property, corporate and automotive brands. Having made the transition from ink and paper to screen and pixels, Brendan now works closely with the Product design, Marketing and Training teams applying UI and visual design skills and principals to produce engaging user experiences and effective communication.

Beginning his career at Invotra by managing our live service desk, Kyle has become a leader dedicated to improving every aspect of the customer journey. His hands-on experience drives a company wide ethos of putting the customer first at every stage.
