Restricted sections allows you to restrict specific site sections & its content to certain individuals and/or entire teams.

1. Add external ID to taxonomies (reference: INVGOV-6959)
We added an external ID field to certain taxonomies.
2. Update ability for members to be removed as group admin (reference: INVGOV-6952)
We updated group permissions to allow changes to be made to which user holds the group administrator role, so that group administrators and group creators are now able to leave groups.
3. Only published revisions of PDFs should be sent (reference: INVGOV-6919)
We updated the PDF export functionaltiy so that only published revisions are sent as part of the pdf export.
4. Enable Distributed Publishing for 4.0(reference: INVGOV-7156)
We enabled the Distributed Publishing product option on two client sites.
5. No label associated with App search fields (reference: INVGOV-6955)
We fixed an issue where search fields on the App landing pages were missing labels and would not be announced by screen readers.

We fixed an issue with adding a ‘mail to’ link, when using the ‘link’ option of the WYSIWGY editor within the ‘custom content widget’, which caused the subject and box text to be truncated to one word.

We fixed an issue which caused team admins to be unable to remove other team admins.
*8. Able to select multiple images from My files. (reference: INVGOV-7013)
We fixed an issue which allowed more than one image to be selected but only the first image selected to be inserted into the WYSIWYG, when using My files to insert an image into the WYSIWYG.
*9. Cannot delete content if review date is in the past. (reference: INVGOV-7012)
We fixed an issue which prevented users deleting content after the review date set on the content had elapsed.
*10. Content lock not released on browser closure (reference: INVGOV-7005)
We fixed an issue with the content lock used when a piece of content is edited, which meant content would remain locked if a user closed their browser, rather than navigating away from the page after editing.
*11. IPE template rendering incorrectly after change. (reference: INVGOV-6980)
We fixed an issue with changing the layout of a site section with the IPE, which appears to push all content into one column until the page is refreshed after the changes made are saved.
12. Ideas administrator shouldn’t have publish revisions permissions. (reference: INVGOV-6957)
We fixed an issue with the Ideas administrator role which gave users with the role incorrect permissions to publish revisions of their own, or any list content.
13. External links should open the link in a new tab when the external link icon PO is enabled (reference: INVGOV-6948)
We fixed an issue with external links, when the external link icon PO is enabled, to ensure external links open in a new tab.
14. Members and admins are simple text fields on the team members page (reference: INVGOV-7089)
We fixed an issue where the team member and team administrator fields would display as a text field rather than an autocomplete.
15. Error on user management page (reference: INVGOV-7084)
We fixed an issue with the amending of out of date native files, where when a link is updated the link to the file still points to the original file for up to 4 days afterwards.
16. Error on integration sites (reference: INVGOV-7083)
We fixed an issue where error messages were being shown when an authenticated user visited various pages.

We fixed an issue where the blogger role had not been automatically added as a default permission when users were created.

We fixed an issue with a few unique errors and warnings that were appearing in pre-prod.

We fixed an issue where error messages were being shown when an authenticated user visited various pages.

We have improved admin utility for Staff ID synchronisation to ensure that all users who have changed IDs can be identified before being imported.

We fixed an issue where assigning a custom URL under publishing options while editing a page or other node would not result in the URL being applied to the page.
*23. Section manager is not able to edit site section he is manager of (reference: INVGOV-7152)
We fixed an issue where a user with the section manager role received an error message when attempting to save any edits made, within the site sections they held the section manager role.
*24. Internal server error appearing when selecting large groups’ dashboards (reference: INVGOV-7016)
We fixed an issue where going to a dashboard from a group with a large amount of members would cause an internal server error.
25. 4.0 integration deploy errors/warnings(reference: INVGOV-7141)
We fixed various errors that appeared in the deploy logs on the integration sites.
26. Ticket tracking admin panel search not working (reference: INVGOV-7166)
We fixed an issue where the search filter on the ticket tracking admin panel was returning no results.

27. Create a FULL importer for DWP (reference: INVGOV-7011)
We made it easier for devops to trigger full csv imports, by wrapping these commands into a new script.
28. Use LocationId to map Locations to Users (reference: INVGOV-6894)
We enhanced the import process into Invotra to handle locations name changes.
29. Import Location Id and Grade into user fields (reference: INVGOV-6893)
We added the ability to import the Location ID and Grade information for users into Invotra.
30. In progress build failing tests (reference: INVGOV-7062)
We fixed 86 failures, primarily resolved by updating master database for test sites.
31. Failing unit test (reference: INVGOV-7151)
We fixed an issue with some unit tests which were failing on AWS.
