1. SECURITY – Restrict Solr synonyms export View access  (reference: INVGOV-7773)

We restricted the access of the view for exporting synonyms for Solr using the “administer search_synonyms vocabulary terms” permission.

2. Specific tag widget: obscure configuration options  (reference: INVGOV-7727)

We fixed an issue with the specific tag widget and specific tag – list widget which exposed all style options when adding or editing a specific tag widget. 

3. UPDATE HOOK: Attachments for group posts are created as public files  (reference: INVGOV-7701)

We fixed an issue with attaching a file to a group post where the attachment would upload as a public file, when the site wide requirement was for files to be private.

4. Team dashboard > Grade + Location not clickable  (reference: INVGOV-7698)

We fixed an issue  authenticated users who, on team dashboard pages, were unable to view or use dashboard widget items as links. 

5. Single team membership is not validated on team member page  (reference: INVGOV-7695)

We fixed an issue with the lack of an error message on the team members’ page to notify that a user already has a team, when ‘enabled multiple teams’ is disabled.

6. Expand button still displays for managers who only have blocked sub-ordinates  (reference: INVGOV-7694)

We fixed an issue for users with manger roles where managers who have blocked users as subordinates still had the expand ‘+’ icon present in the org chart, despite not having any subordinate users to display.

7. Org chart has asymmetrical alignment within its parent container on 1080p monitors  (reference: INVGOV-7693)

We fixed an issue with the org chart which had asymmetrical alignment within its parent container on 1080p monitors.

8.  INC0532518 – Ideas dashboard not showing ‘Closed’ status  (reference: INVGOV-7691)

We fixed an issue with the ideas status table which was appearing blank instead of displaying a ‘Closed’ status for ideas which had been closed.

9. OU is still used for Teams  (reference: INVGOV-7690)

We fixed the success message displayed when a user is team, which was still using the term OU instead of team.

10. Disabled HDD widget pointer makes it appear as though it can be selected  (reference: INVGOV-7689)

We fixed an issue with the HDD widget cursor which, when the HDD field is disabled, appeared as a “pointer” rather than the standard cursor icon.

11. Dashboard tabs do not adopt the correct style and missing title  (reference: INVGOV-7687)

We fixed an issue with the team dashboard chart which had broken tabs and was not displaying the team title.

12. INC5986074 – IPE and Edit access has disappeared for site sections  (reference: INVGOV-7686)

We fixed an issue which caused section managers to receive an access denied message when using IPE on site sections which have had a template added.

13. Theming for team lead  (reference: INVGOV-7684)

We fixed a few issues with the theming of the team lead display on the team home page, including with the profile image, text colour and line spacing.

14. Long names get moved to outside org chart box if the name is too long  (reference: INVGOV-7683)

We fixed an issue with long usernames which caused the org chart box for their profile to move the name to outside the box.

15. Ampersand displays incorrectly in form fields  (reference: INVGOV-7682)

We fixed an issue which caused team names including an ampersand to display the ampersand as ‘& a m p ;’.

16. INC6038128 – Manual pages appearing as if published when they are not.  (reference: INVGOV-7680)

We fixed an issue with manual pages which were appearing as though they are published, in search & my workplace, when they had not been published.

17. INC6047232 –  Background colour not appearing on all pages.   (reference: INVGOV-7679)

We fixed an issue with the background colour functionality not working on some pages.

18. INC6081415 – Site section template reset following release  (reference: INVGOV-7678)

We fixed an issue which caused changes made to default site section templates to be lost and the template to be reset to the original following each release.

19. Popular badges should use check_plain instead of filter_xss  (reference: INVGOV-7677)

We updated badges to always use check_plain instead of filter_xss for consistency across pages on the site.

20. iNC0532322 – Webform preview mode does not submit.  (reference: INVGOV-7676)

We fixed an issue with changing the form settings of a webform content type to enable preview mode, which made it impossible to submit the changes and redirect to the confirmation page.

21. Adding a new user autocompletes their birthday  (reference: INVGOV-7675)

We fixed an issue with creating a new user profile which automatically added the user’s date of birth as the date when their profile was created.

22. Edit corporate profile – Text is cut off short so full message does not display  (reference: INVGOV-7674)

We fixed an issue with the edit corporate profile page which caused the disabled field text to be cut off instead of the text wrapping when the show weights link was selected.

23. Incorrect help text on edit profile  (reference: INVGOV-7673)

We removed the help buttons on the edit profile which contained text which was not relevant to the field they were present on.

*24. Human Resources team people export is empty  (reference: INVGOV-7650)

We fixed an issue with missing data from a csv file.

25. Gen 22/Gen 8 – Specific tag widget: title/body not trimmed   (reference: INVGOV-7643)

We fixed issues with the specific tag widget with general style 22 and 8 which caused 3 lines of the node title to be displayed instead of 2 and did not trim the body as expected.

*26. Section manager not seeing Template field  (reference: INVGOV-7598)

We fixed an issue which caused section-specific section managers to be unable to select & reset templates.

*27. Manual page title not updating in subpage widget for draft, needs review and reviewed content  (reference: INVGOV-7572)

We fixed an issue with the ‘Manuals subpages’ widget which caused the latest unpublished revision of the manual subpages not to be displayed when preview mode was enabled. 

*28. Viewing users activity causes error  (reference: INVGOV-7564)

We fixed an issue which caused an error message to be displayed when a user viewed another user’s activity feed.

*29. Unable to remove manager  (reference: INVGOV-7528)

We fixed an issue which made it impossible to remove a manager from a user’s profile, if this left the field blank.

*30. Look-up fields displaying blocked users  (reference: INVGOV-7523)

We fixed an issue which caused user autocomplete functions to include blocked users.

*31. Password field appearing/disappearing  – piwik change to track password fields  (reference: INVGOV-7402)

We fixed an issue which caused the password field to appear intermittently for webmasters on client sites where the password field was usually hidden.

32. Comment count missing from General Style 22 widgets  (reference: INVGOV-7796)

We fixed an issue with General Style 22 which was not displaying the comment count as expected.

33. Vertical tabs cut off on edit profile page   (reference: INVGOV-7795)

We fixed an issue on the edit profile page which caused the vertical tabs to be cut off at the bottom

34. Activity stream does not truly reflect feed (reference: INVGOV-7715)

We fixed an issue with the activity stream which was not truly reflecting the feed, missing activity such as updating a profile and creating a group.

35. Fix notices and errors which appear on pages and in logs. *Not client testable* (reference: INVGOV-7785)

We fixed an issue with several pages which produced notices when ‘All messages’ error logging is set.

36. Specific tag widget not pulling through content (reference: INVGOV-7874)

We fixed an issue with the specific tag widget which was not pulling through content as expected.

*37. INC6142060 – last night’s diff not completed (26/04) (reference: INVGOV-7884)

We made a fix to the importer code to be able to handle the case where the diff imported has no users which have changed staff IDs.

We set a variable to use SOLR queries on dashboard pages.

We fixed an issue with the invotra_services_menu_alter which incorrectly included the ‘token_api’ in its restricted endpoints.

We fixed an issue with a client’s Feeds Locations Import tests which failed on both preprod and integration.

We removed the positive permissions tests which was neither run nor maintained and is covered by the Permissions Matrix Test .

43. XSS through teams on old search (reference: INVGOV-7867)

We fixed a security issue with teams where a user could enter a script as a team name and have it run on the old search page.

We fixed an issue which made it possible to change the root of the team chart, by allowing a script to be entered in the custom text field.

We fixed a security issue with teams where a user could enter a script as a team name and have it run on the old search page.

45. XSS through message wall categories (reference: INVGOV-7861)

We fixed a security issue with message wall where a user could enter a script as a message category name and have it run on the message node.

We fixed a security issue with the root navigation widget where when a user could enter a script as a manual title and have it run on pages with the widget.

We fixed a security issue with the manual navigation widget where a user could enter script as a title of a manual page and have it run on pages with the widget.
