Bulk Operations

The Bulk Operations project is a huge improvement to the existing Manage Content and Files screens within Invotra. As well as a new and improved interface, you’re now able to achieve the following with one swift bulk action:

  • Change workflow on content

  • Change owner on content

  • Change section on content or files

  • Change author on content or files

  • Delete content or files

  • Upload files

Improvements

  • Implement an “Open all” link for Accordion Function for WYSIWYG V2

  • Updated various help text and field structures for sections and content types for ease of use

  • Allow the customisation of the ‘Quick links’ text colour in the main menu via branding

  • Improved the language and structure of the ‘Manage members’ page

Fixes

  • Manage members pages within sections are showing the incorrect title

  • Widget options display when editing a template

  • ‘Empty feed’ message displays whilst the feed is still loading

  • Fixed formatting issues within the WYSIWYG and Accordian

  • Fixed an issue with schedule publishing not working correctly

  • Fixed font size and padding issues with some widget styles

  • Attachment widget is now styled consistently between content and sections

  • Promotion content type is not visible to section roles

  • Unable to create a Group doc from the landing page

  • PDF export not functioning correctly with special characters in the title

  • Long labels cause a styling issue within webforms

  • Blogger is unable to edit their blog after workflow is updated

  • Fixed a lack of padding for the date component within webforms

  • Fixed an issue with a specific string causing posts within groups to fail
