After months of hard work, we are delighted to announce we have launched our Invotra Portal and from the 20th November, Invotra Portal will be live and available to use. It’s such a huge piece of news for us that this also means a major version change to Invotra 4.0.
This is an exciting new direction for the product which allows you to collaborate and work with those who are considered external to your core organisation. Some example use cases are:
- Membership organisations
- Sub organisations
One of the major benefits of having Invotra Portal is having a single-sign-on, secure platform that allows you to expose specific areas of your intranet to your external users, as well as allowing you to collaborate and engage with them through various features of the product. The functionality of Invotra Portal allows organisations to control exactly what information their external audience can access, but gives those external users the ability to join existing groups and interact with internal users; breaking down the usual barriers of communication. Automatic filters are applied across the platform so that pages the user has access to will not display any restricted content and all notifications are also tailored to their access level.
