We released Invotra 4.21 on Wednesday 7th November 2018.
Our primary focus for this release was on improvements to our product. The release included a project which aided the management of job roles within our customer’s intranets.
The job roles project included an admin screen which allows webmasters to easily manage job roles by editing and merging any roles that have more than one version of the job title.
Webmasters can also quickly control unused job roles as the new admin screen allows bulk deletion of any taxonomy terms no longer in use.
CSV files containing all of an organisations job role data can now be exported from the admin page.
Job role information is also much easier to track, thanks to a new counter that shows how many people there are with that job role within an organisation.
